  • I was looking for a size C chair, but it wasn’t available. After ordering a size B one, the team reached out, saying that they have just received the larger size and asking whether I wanted to switch.
    This is amazing customer service one just doesn’t get with other online businesses.

    Apart from the rapid responses and the timely delivery time, I want to call out that the used chair is in absolutely pristine condition

The value and cost saving is significant also as I don’t think you can get the chairs in as good condition from any other source – especially one that backs up each sale with after service like Griffin.   • I recently bought a 2nd Herman Miller Aeron chair at auction – big mistake. It was in a terrible condition- rusty, paint/surface peeling off and very old. I contacted Dermot and through his service the chair was collected and returned to me like new. Ross warned me it won’t be great but he did a fantastic job so I am delighted..
    Only sorry I didn’t go to them first!

  • I was very satisfied with my shopping at Griffin Office Solution Ltd. I needed to buy a desk and a chair to be able to work from home. Initially, I was planning to order my furniture from IKEA, but I would have to wait over a month for delivery. I found this shop though google maps and went to have a look. I bought a sit/stand desk, which I wanted to get in IKEA, and a comfortable office chair, both second-hand, but in very good condition. In 10 min I was in and out. Stuff was very professional and nice, guys loaded furniture to the boot of my car in no time. Afterwards, I had an enquiry about furniture prices (price + vat), but it was all explained in a timely manner. There was not many people around so it felt quite safe from COVID-19 perspective.

  • This was one of the best shopping experience in Griffin Office Solutions. I called the office to ask some questions on the phone, and the lady was extremely helpful and answered all queries.

    When I called into the shop they had a huge selection of chairs and desks.
    The chair was wrapped and put into the car for me. It was such a friendly service.

  • Recently ordered and had delivered a refurbished Aeron chair and a new desk for my home office. The service from Griffin Office solutions was flawless and very personal during the ordering process and the order was delivered on schedule by an excellent member of their team who assembled the desk and gave me a tutorial in the chair. The refurbished Aeron chair is immaculate and like new and comes with the confidence of a 12 month warranty. I wouldn’t hesitate recommending Dermot and guys at Griffin Office solutions to anyone.

  • Great Product. Excellent Service. Fast Delivery. Needed a new chair for the home office, had experience with Herman Miller Aeron Chairs in work and knew they were great quality. Found Griffin Office by doing a quick search and they had a great selection of second hand HM chairs at a fraction of the cost of new. The chair we received looks like new, can’t tell it’s second hand at all. The Team there are very helpful and fast to respond on email. Will definitely deal with them again.

  • Bought Aeron Chair from Griffin Office. OMG! Its like sitting on a cloud from mount Olympus. Best chair ever. I also had a tailbone pain, due to sitting too long on office chairs. Aeron Chair completely removed it. In terms of delivery, was super fast. Bought chair Lunchtime Monday, Wednesday 12pm was already sitting on the chair, was delivered to my door step. Not only did they manage to find me a size C when I asked (and it was in very, very good condition), but they even came to my place and repaired the chair onsite when I found it to have a bit of a wobble in the gas cylinder, for free, even though that was months after purchase.

    I would heartily recommend you buy here if you’re looking for a good, long-lasting office chair!

  • You know you’re a grown up when you finally decide to invest in a Herman Miller office chair – We popped in to Griffin Office Solutions in Athlone and got a surprisingly good deal on two second hand chairs today! They were so lovely to deal with, no pressure to purchase there and then, and we came away with exactly what we wanted. The chairs have a 12 month warranty and they not only stock parts but also do repairs in house. We were told each chair is stripped down and refurbished, cleaned and inspected, before they are put out for sale. What they can’t refurbish they reuse for parts. My chair had “damaged seat” on the label but it is so hard to find the small bit of pulled stitching. None of the “damaged” stock actually looked damaged and the price range (depending on how many bells and whistles you’re after) seemed to cater to most budgets!
